Getting started is easy.
Just head to our Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

• New or gently used products within 30 days

• Gift orders (with original order number) — eligible for store credit only

• Free return shipping for U.S. + Puerto Rico

Heads up: Kits, gift sets, and duos must be returned in full for a refund or credit. No partial refunds.

• Choose “Exchange” and select your replacement

• If your new item costs more, we’ll email you an invoice

• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
